YogaPlay at the Dome, 23rd March 2019

YogaPlay, a new creative event in Sydney, appears at A Sound Life’s incredible Dome at the Entertainment Quarter, Moore Park, 7.30pm, Saturday 23rd March.

As we move, we listen to music differently, absorb it more fully, feel it more deeply. YogaPlay shifts music out of the concert hall and movement out of the studio. The event offers both elements to an audience to respond to and play within a yoga sequence. The collective energy of the audience informs the movement and music to create a unique experience at each event.

Featuring Maddy Boud (creator and violinist) performing live soundscapes and yoga teacher Phoebe Carden guiding you through a restorative yoga sequence open to all.

Our third event will feature original compositions, and an eclectic mix of music from 15th century Spanish folk to contemporary Japanese minimalism.
